Check up for displaying the Siouan characters

The characters are displayed properly if the two lines are identical!

(only the diacritic above "h" is upside down)

If the characters aren't displayed properly try different encoding. If changing the encoding doesn't result in displaying the characters properly, multilanguage Support component (Win95) (Win98) must be installed!
